How to Make a Delicious Indian Meal using All the Ingredients: A few months ago, I shared a recipe for a simple Indian meal that I made with only three ingredients.

It is called ‘Puri Puri’ which means ‘pizza’.

And it was easy to make! 

This simple Indian food is served on the side of the road and can be enjoyed anytime of the day. 

Here is a video showing how it is done. 

Puri puri is a traditional Indian recipe for Pizza that is served in the morning with a side of rice, onions and veggies.

You can easily adjust the recipe to your liking by changing the spices and adding vegetables or rice. 

Ingredients For a Puri Pori:1.5 cups chopped onions2.25 cups finely chopped onions3 cups finely grated ginger, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric and cardamom (optional)4.25 tsp ground cumin (ground black pepper)1 tsp coriander (ground turmeric)1/4 tsp cayenne (ground cumin)1.25-2 cups finely diced tomatoes1 cup finely chopped tomatoes1.75 cups finely sliced green chillies (optional and not required)1 cup grated carrot (optional, but highly recommended)1 tbsp lemon juice (optional but highly suggested)2-3 green chillis (optional or not)1-2 tbsp cumin seeds (optional), optional1.2 cups cooked chicken stock (optional for the gravy)1,25-1,50 cups rice (optional if you want a richer gravy)2 tbsp coconut oil (optional to keep the curry flavour)1 pinch of red chili flakes (optional – to keep a little spice in the sauce)1 teaspoon ground coriace (optional )For the sauce:1-1.3 cups water (can use water that is boiled in the tap water of the house)1 tablespoon olive oil2 tsp red chili powder (optional)- to tasteMethod:1.)

Take the onion and garlic and crush them to a paste.

Take a small pan and fry the onions in a medium-low heat for about 30 seconds.

Take another pan and cook the onions for about 10 minutes, until they are soft and translucent.

Take off the heat and set aside.5.)

Take your tomatoes, coriacea and green chilli and grate them with a potato masher.

Add the chopped onions and ginger and cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add cumin, corisace and lemon juice and saute for about 5 minutes.

Take out of the pan and set the sauce aside.

Heat a medium pot with a lid and add the water.

Add oil and sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes on medium-high heat.

Add your tomato, coria, cumin and lemon and sautes for about 2 minutes, then add your stock, cilantro and green chili powder.

Add salt and pepper and stir for a minute.

Add curry leaves, water and spices and mix well.

Take it off the stove and set it aside.15.)

Heat your coconut oil over medium heat.

Add your ginger and saffron.

Add chopped onions, corioace and green chilies and saucy them for a few minutes on the stove.

Add grated carrots, green chillie and ginger, salt and cumin.

Add chicken stock, coconut oil and tomatoes and stir.

Add green chilles, corieace, caymeric and coriacia.

Add coconut oil, water, tomatoes, carrots and corioacea and stir well.21.)

Take about 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce and pour it over the rice and vegetables.

Serve the meal.
